- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the military or civilian workplace- Vets preferred!
- Minimum 2 years working with Quickbooks (or extensive knowledge of)
- 1 year of experience with other ERP software- major plus
- Must have track record of working with a strong foundation of Values
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

This company is a leader of floor sweepers and scrubbers, is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team! We are located in Richmond, VA and are a distributor/service provider of industrial and commercial floor cleaning equipment throughout the country, particularly in the DC, VA, and NC region. We are a proud, family-oriented business that provides quality workmanship, service, and commitment to our customers, which range from hospitals, schools, and even multi-chain automobile businesses. Our core purpose is to consistently deliver WOW to our customers with best in class Sweeper and Scrubber service!
The company is seeking a hands-on, full-time Operations Manager who will Lead our Service dept (coordinator and road technicians), Parts & Inventory dept, and ultimately Facilities. This individual will be right-hand person for our Sr. VP of Operations, a respected professional in this industry with over three decades of experience! Ideal applicants are servant leaders who are military Vets (senior NCO’s or junior JMO’s) with mechanical experience, Quickbooks knowledge, and inventory experience. This person will be personally groomed for increased levels of responsibility over his/her tenure with our company!

Position Qualifications & Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years mechanical knowledge and “know how” with technical abilities (we fix floor sweepers and scrubbers)
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the military or civilian workplace- Vets preferred!
- Minimum 2 years working in Quickbooks
- 1 year of experience with other ERP software- major plus
- Supervision of service technicians- major plus
- Servant leader who has a track record of building relationships and leading by influence/example
- Very strong with attention to detail, organization, and prioritization
- Maintain above average professionalism and sportsmanship
- Demonstrate a willingness to perform in accordance with Company Values
