We have see from experience that this is either “Owner/Operator” or a semi-absentee owner that does multi-units. With the simple business model, small space, minimal staff that love what they’re doing, and low cost of entry, this is a no-brainer for multi-unit. Ideal candidate is a woman or couple for owner/operator, or a couple, woman, or man with some business experience in either Operations, Management, or Sales for multi-unit…purpose-driven, with a desire to do something new and exciting!
Day to day: If you are an owner/operator, you are spending your day meeting with prospects (mostly women), presenting the proprietary, Natural Hormone Balancing program that helps with all their weight, mood, and sleep issues. You also have 4 appts with each client over 8 weeks to guide them through the program. If you are semin-absentee, there are the basic responsibilities of all small business owners, like operations, accounting, back office, etc.
